We’re delighted to share the ACC Equipment List has now been transformed into an easily searchable online catalogue on Enable.co.nz.
It’s a quick way to navigate the list to find the equipment that best meets the clinical needs of ACC clients.
The transformation project
This project came from our operations team looking at ways where we could make it easier and timely for our ACC assessors to use this valuable tool.
“Our aim was to bring the list onto our website and create several different ways to find what you’re looking for, resulting in a better user experience.” Says acting General Manager Operations, Justine Auton.
The online searchable list was designed with input from ACC assessors to ensure it’s easy to use, clear to read and shares the right amount of detail.
The list is fully downloadable or users can select sections of it to download and print.
“This change supports ACC’s ‘list first’ approach, delivering value for money for our community. It’s part of our continuous improvement journey where Enable New Zealand is working in collaboration with ACC to develop innovative solutions.
