Standard, rural and urgent delivery timeframes
The table below shows the number of working days to deliver ACC equipment from when an order is approved.

| Simple list | 3 working days | 5 working days | Within 24 hours |
| Standard list | 5 to 7 working days (indicative) | Allow 2 days more | Can be requested |
| Complex list | 10 or more working days (indicative), longer if customised | Allow 2 days more | Can be requested |
| Non-list | 3 days to 8 weeks, depending on availability | Allow 2 days more | Cannot be requested |
Urgent delivery requests
Urgent delivery can be requested when an assessor considers the client needs the item sooner than the standard delivery time.
Please note:
Urgent delivery requests apply to ACC list equipment only.
We send all urgent delivery requests to ACC for approval.
