Assessment reports are mandatory for orders with items that are:
Complex
Non-List
Trial
Add supporting documents in the Attachments section of the Add Order screen:
Click + Add New to upload documents.
Upload the file.
After uploading all attachments, click Save as Draft.
Note: If you don’t add the Assessment Report when creating a new order, you will get the following system warning:
