Create an EMS assessor account

To register as an assessor, you need to create an account with us. Registering as an assessor will give you:

  • an EMS assessor number;

  • access to your EMS provider’s online ordering system; and

  • access to the Disability Support Services EMS Portal (if ordering Band 2/3 equipment).

To register as an assessor, follow these steps.

  1. Complete the online registration form

  2. Add your employer or supervisor details

Note: You have to add accreditation modules before your supervisor receives a notification that you've added them.

What's next?

When you're registered in our database, you can start adding accreditation modules. Gaining accreditation modules will give you access to funding services.
