We’ll be using the results from the survey to inform improvements to the services and tools available to all customers. It will also provide valuable insights into how we can improve and tailor our services to you in future.

In order to enable participants to provide open and honest responses, and to ensure results are as free from bias and preconceptions as possible, we have enlisted the services of a professional, independent research agency (Perceptive (external website) ) to conduct the research.

The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on your responses.

Your responses will be aggregated and analysed with other respondents, and your individual answers will remain confidential.

There are no right or wrong answers, and we appreciate any feedback around your experiences.
