To register as an assessor, you need to create an account with us. Registering as an assessor will give you:
- an EMS assessor number;
- access to your EMS provider’s online ordering system; and
- access to the Whaikaha - Ministry of Disabled People EMS Portal (if ordering Band 2/3 equipment).
Before you begin
To register as an assessor, follow these steps.
- Complete the online registration form
- Add your employer or supervisor details
When you're registered in our database, you can start adding accreditation modules. Gaining accreditation modules will give you access to funding services.
