Tips for ACC Staff and Assessors

URGENT

ACC Staff can request any application to be processed as URGENT by using the following purchasing code EURG on the ACC96 request form or in the body of the email sending the order to Enable New Zealand.

Email vs Facsimile

Email is the best medium for forwarding orders to Enable New Zealand. Assessors are recommended to submit the ACC96 Form.

ACC Staff do not need to sign the ACC96form. Enable New Zealand accepts the order via the ACC Staff Email address as being proof as signing.

Store Reissue

Where possible the equipment provided to meet the need will be refurbished items from the Store. This will include equipment which has the same or similar specifications to the item requested.
